Hi, I’m Monica. I’m a service & experience designer. I specialize in systems thinking, service blueprinting, creating experiences that connect people, products, and environments.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Design (Environments Track) from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s in Industrial Design Engineering & Innovation from Politecnico di Milano. My career has taken me from research at the United Nations and Carnegie Mellon’s HCII to experience design leadership at Le Bonheur Industrial Corporation, where I drive digital transformation, global operations, and client engagement.

Across roles, I combine research insight with operational strategy, enabling me to design solutions that are both innovative and scalable.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, playing tennis, and traveling.
