Hi, I’m Monica. I work at the intersection of service design, systems thinking, and operations. I specialize in designing workflows, service blueprints, and structured processes that help organizations turn complex requirements into scalable experiences.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Design (Environments Track) from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s in Industrial Design Engineering & Innovation from Politecnico di Milano. My work spans research at the United Nations and Carnegie Mellon’s HCII to service design and operations leadership at Le Bonheur Industrial Corporation, where I drive digital transformation, global operations, and client engagement.

Across roles, I combine research insight with operational strategy, designing systems that improve clarity, alignment, and delivery across cross-functional teams.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, playing tennis, and traveling.
