Le Bonheur:
WEBSITE REDESIGN

Timeline
2 months

Le Bonheur is a traditional B2B company founded in 1989. The task was to help the company optimise operational efficiency, improve customer relationships, and raise the company's global awareness.

I redesigned and modernised the company's digital presence by fundamentally restructuring content information and designing the UIUX.

defining the goal

The company management team and I started to define the new website's goal and distinguish it from the existing website. We discussed:

  • Purpose and objective of the new website

  • Target customer — new and old customers

  • Data analysis — how to track web-flow data

Information Architecture

Based on the client's vision of the new website, I recategorized 1000+ products and created a sitemap of website-specific content to improve web interaction and friendliness.

PROTOTYPING

Next, I translated the sitemap into a visual wireframe with objectives - straightforward navigation, symbiotic data, and a youthful aesthetic. To incorporate the company's experience with customers' needs, I especially wanted to focus on these built-in functions: multi-language, chat box, links/buttons on landing pages, product filter, quotation requests, product catalog requests, contact information, and fair invitations.
